Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, collectively the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Lucky8 ("Lucky8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lucky8.casa and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Lucky8 is an internationally licensed online gaming operator. The Platform offers real-money online gaming services including, but not limited to, slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, live football wagering, lottery-style games, and arcade games. All services are provided exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are targeted at adult players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to the terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in your name on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account pursuant to any Lucky8 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or, where applicable, before account activation.
• "Platform" means the Lucky8 website at lucky8.casa, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming services accessible therethrough.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gambling is illegal, restricted, or otherwise not permitted under applicable law.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole currency of the Platform.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of the age of majority in your country of residence. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Lucky8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this condition is not met.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The Platform is accessible to players in Malaysia and other eligible territories. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Lucky8 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling laws in Malaysia are complex and that they assume full personal responsibility for their use of the Platform in compliance with applicable local laws.

3.3 General Eligibility Conditions

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account if:

• You are under 21 years of age;
• You have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from another gaming operator and the exclusion period remains active;
• You are acting on behalf of another person or a corporate entity;
• You are a current or former employee of Lucky8 or any of its affiliated third-party service providers, unless expressly permitted in writing by Lucky8;
• You are located in or are a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are legally prohibited from participating in gambling activities for any reason.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update Lucky8 in writing if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lucky8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify Lucky8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Lucky8 may, at its discretion and at any time, request identity verification documents including but not limited to: a valid government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian players), passport, proof of residential address, and evidence of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and delay or cancellation of pending withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Lucky8 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Supported methods and their associated minimum/maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change; current limits are displayed on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Lucky8 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where deposit sources cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that deposited funds have cleared. Lucky8 processes the majority of withdrawal requests to e-wallets and local bank accounts within 5 minutes for standard tier players, with priority processing available for VIP tier members. Lucky8 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of this Agreement.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For cryptocurrency deposits, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Lucky8 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and settlement.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Lucky8 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, the 2% crypto deposit bonus, birthday bonuses, and the referral programme — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x means the Bonus amount must be wagered 35 times). For example, a Bonus of MYR 100 with a 35x wagering requirement requires a total of MYR 3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions may vary by game type; slot games typically contribute 100% while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be used and wagering requirements satisfied within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account on the 31st day.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Lucky8 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, and manipulation of game outcomes. Lucky8's determination of bonus abuse shall be final.

Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

Lucky8 reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion. A wager is only accepted and binding upon confirmation displayed on the Platform following placement. Wagers placed during system errors or technical malfunctions are void.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including pre-match, in-play, and Mix Parlay bets on competitions such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, and UFC — are subject to Lucky8's Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. Winnings are calculated at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Lucky8 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in displayed odds, and any bets accepted at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds at Lucky8's discretion.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other table games — are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. Game outcomes for slot and RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which is independently audited. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time dealer action and are final.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Lucky8 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits per session, day, or event. Where applicable, maximum winnings caps for specific games or promotions will be published in the relevant game information or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding applicable caps may be reduced to the stated maximum at Lucky8's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic low-risk strategy specifically designed to abuse the terms of bonuses or promotions;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or overloads the Platform's infrastructure.

Lucky8 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity. Where required by applicable law, Lucky8 will disclose Account information, transaction records, and other relevant data to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

Responsible Gambling

Lucky8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all registered players. The Platform offers a range of responsible gambling tools that players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, settable from the Account dashboard;
• Loss Limits — maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods;
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts notifying you of elapsed session time;
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary suspension of Account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, processed within 24 hours of request.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to: identity and age verification data, transaction records, gameplay history, device and IP information, and communication records.

Lucky8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services) and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Lucky8 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Lucky8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without Lucky8's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if Lucky8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Lucky8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude Lucky8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 By Lucky8

Lucky8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where Lucky8 reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) your Account or associated activity poses a fraud, money laundering, or reputational risk to Lucky8; (c) you are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (d) Lucky8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement, Lucky8 will return any verifiable real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds) to you within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation requirements.

13.2 By the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Lucky8 customer support via live chat. Account closure does not waive any outstanding financial obligations to Lucky8 nor does it affect any right of Lucky8 arising from prior breaches of this Agreement.

Amendments

Lucky8 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or Platform notification with reasonable notice prior to the change taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended terms take effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lucky8 holds its operating licence. Lucky8 operates under an international gaming licence issued by an offshore regulatory authority.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a submission by Lucky8 to the jurisdiction of any Malaysian court or regulatory body in respect of the online gaming services provided through the Platform. Malaysian players acknowledge that Lucky8 does not hold a Malaysian gaming licence, as no such licence category exists for online gaming operators under current Malaysian law.
